Return & Refund Policy – A&A Stainless
At A&A Stainless, we craft custom truck parts from high-quality stainless steel. Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at 305-769-2343.

After your call, you will be asked to provide photos showing the defect or damage.

Once verified, we will either:

Repair or replace the item at no additional cost, or

Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom, made-to-order items cannot be returned for any other reason, including change of mind or incorrect fit.

Items damaged after installation are not eligible for return or refund.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for replacements or repairs due to defects will be covered by A&A Stainless.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable if the item is not defective.
How to Request a Return/Replacement

Call us at 305-769-2343 within 14 days of receiving your order.

After your call, provide your order number and photos of the defect or damage.

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions.
